Important Guidelines
- An unboxing video is strongly recommended to ensure faster and smoother claim approval.
- The product should be unused and in its original packaging (if applicable).
- Claims without proper proof (images/videos) may not be accepted.
Refund Process

- Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
