  • The product should be unused and in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Claims without proper proof (images/videos) may not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
